Evidences of Grace

This past Awaken Retreat Pastor Jeff Lacine gave a message and gave 10 evidences of grace that Paul noticed in the Thessalonians. Are they evidences that Paul would see in you?

1. Have you received the Word in such a way that it moves something?

2. Are you convinced of the Truth?

3. When the Word is there, do you receive it with joy...even in the midst of much infliction?

4. Do you have a deep desire to be like Jesus?

5. Do you want to be like older Christians and their love for Jesus?

6. Do you desire to be an example for younger believers?

7. Do you have a deep desire for looking forward to Jesus's second coming?

8. Do you want to see God through going to prayer? Do want to turn to God?

9. Do you want to turn away from things that cling to your heart (idols)?

10. Do you want to speak the Gospel?

As Christians, we should continually be asking ourselves these questions. We must be honest with ourselves.

Cast yourself on Christ and run to Him.
Show your evidences and confess your sins.
